A Clínica da Gávea constitui-se como uma rede de serviços que se disponibiliza a prestar assistência em saúde mental e a pessoas com problemas decorrentes do uso abusivo e prejudicial de álcool e outras drogas, de forma integral e em rede, por meio de atendimento humanizado e de excelência, promovendo e utilizando as melhores práticas de forma singular.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar e prestar serviços de apoio a clientes e pacientes;Acolher a demanda do cliente de forma presencial, por telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp;Manter a organização do setor de atuação;Orientar o cliente conforme os protocolos institucionais, garantindo um fluxo de informações adequado;Realizar o registro e a manutenção de dados nos sistemas e em planilhas de Excel;Preencher corretamente os documentos necessários para o atendimento;Realizar a abertura de fichas ambulatoriais;Cadastrar clientes e acompanhantes;Comunicar à equipe de enfermagem a chegada do paciente;Atender chamadas telefônicas para agendamento de consultas;Organizar os processos de atendimento;Direcionar os clientes para os atendimentos adequados;Realizar contato telefônico com operadoras de saúde;Receber pacientes, identificar suas necessidades e encaminhá-los ao local ou profissional indicado;Verificar a disponibilidade de leitos;Estabelecer comunicação com operadoras para liberação de diárias de internação;Solicitar serviços de internação e remoção;Conferir relatórios de interface entre enfermagem e recepção;Imprimir relatórios;Executar demais atividades relacionadas ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência em atendimento ao cliente interno e externo;Vivência em recepção clinica/hospitalar;Conhecimento básico em Excel;Conhecimento do sistema Tasy(Desejável).Disponibilidade 12x36 - DiurnaInformações adicionaisPlano de saúde Sulamérica (Após 90 dias);Plano odontológico (Após 90 dias);Vale-transporte;Alimentação no local;Gympass.
