Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o pré-atendimento, encaminhar e apresentar o cliente ao consultor de vendas;Gerir o sistema de recepção, agenda, visitas e acompanhamento de clientes;Elaborar a ordem de atendimento dos consultores de veículos novos;Ouvir atentamente a solicitação do cliente;Preencher a ficha de follow-up e/ou inserir no Sistema de Relacionamento da concessionária o nome e telefone do cliente;Encaminhar os clientes para a área adequada, com agilidade e interesse;Compreender as necessidades dos clientes;Cadastrar e atualizar cadastros dos clientes que visitam a concessionária a partir do showroom de vendas.Realizar a prospecção de leads;Realizar o NPS do cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo; desejável ensino superior em andamento preferencialmente com ênfase em administração, gestão comercial;Conhecimento básico sobre diferentes modelos de veículos novos.
