Na Odontoprev, estamos em busca de uma pessoa que queira se juntar a uma equipe que inspira, acolhe e transforma!🔹 Cargo: Recepção 🔹 > Atuar na recepção com abertura de cadastro para a realização de exames🔹 > Atender e filtrar ligações, agendamento presencial de exames. 🔹 > Solicitação de autorização de exames e preenchimento de guias🔹 > Conferência de guias antes de enviar ao financeiro🔹 > Auxílio na entrega de exame e recebimento de malote🔹 > Fechamento e conferência de caixa e ordens de serviços abertas e pendentes. 🔹 > Apoiar e acompanhar o técnico no processo de esterilização e empacotamento dos materiais, bem como controle do mesmo. 🔹 > Cumprir os protocolos de treinamento, passados no período de capacitação. > Cumprir o regulamento interno, normas e procedimentos de saúde, higiene e segurança do trabalho inerentes à área, bem como observar os requisitos de compliance, ESG, LGPD e o cumprimento das regulamentações atinentes à empresa.🔹 > Desenvolver outras atividades inerentes ao cargo ou a critério de seu superior imediato, desde que habilitado e estejam de acordo com o seu conhecimento e experiência.Responsabilidades e atribuições A recepcionista será responsável por proporcionar um atendimento acolhedor, ágil e organizado aos pacientes, garantindo o adequado fluxo das rotinas administrativas e operacionais da clínica.Entre suas principais atividades, estão:Recepcionar, orientar e realizar o cadastro de pacientes para consultas e exames odontológicos;Atender, direcionar e filtrar ligações telefônicas, prestando informações conforme os procedimentos da clínica;Realizar agendamentos, confirmações, remarcações e cancelamentos de consultas e exames, presencialmente ou por telefone;Solicitar autorizações junto aos convênios, preencher guias e conferir a documentação necessária para os atendimentos;Conferir guias e documentos antes do encaminhamento ao setor financeiro, assegurando a precisão das informações;Apoiar na entrega de exames, no recebimento, organização e encaminhamento de malotes;Efetuar fechamento e conferência de caixa, bem como acompanhar ordens de serviço abertas, pendentes ou finalizadas;Manter cadastros, planilhas, sistemas e documentos atualizados e organizados;Apoiar e acompanhar o técnico nas rotinas de esterilização, empacotamento, organização e controle de materiais, seguindo os protocolos definidos;Cumprir os treinamentos, normas internas, procedimentos de saúde, higiene, segurança do trabalho, compliance, ESG e LGPD;Contribuir para a organização e o bom funcionamento da unidade, atuando em equipe e prestando suporte em demais atividades compatíveis com o cargo.
