•  É o profissional responsável pelo primeiro atendimento presencial e telefônico a clientes, visitantes, fornecedores e colaboradores. Seu objetivo é acolher as pessoas com cordialidade, fornecer informações básicas, realizar o controle de acesso e triagem inicial, além de prestar suporte em rotinas administrativas simples da recepção, transmitindo a imagem profissional e organizada da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições•  Realizar check-in e check-out no sistema, solicitar documentações obrigatórias (respeitando normas internas e legais), exigir o preenchimento da FNRH, entregar chaves, extratos de conferência e documentos fiscais (RPP/NFC-e/RPS).  •  Conferir observações das reservas diárias para identificar e atender solicitações especiais (como cama extra, berço ou preferência de andar) e pré-determinar/designar os apartamentos.  •  Recepcionar clientes de forma cortês, prestar orientações sobre facilidades e dúvidas, atender chamadas telefônicas internas e externas, realizar welcome call / courtesy call e direcionar demandas de eventos com base na OS do dia. •  Abrir Ordens de Serviço na plataforma SIM para a manutenção, ler, atualizar e acompanhar pendências no log book, realizar o fechamento do caixa do turno e emitir/salvar relatórios de contingência e segurança.  •  Fazer reservas no sistema, consultar canais de vendas, auxiliar no transporte de bagagens e prestar apoio geral aos demais setores quando necessário. •  Hospitalidade e Cortesia  •  Comunicação Clara e Assertiva  •  Escuta Ativa e Empatia  •  Inteligência Emocional e Gestão de Conflitos  •  Trabalho em Equipe e Cooperação 6 - Agilidade e Organização
