Responsável por realizar atendimento aos clientes presencialmente e distância (telefone/e-mail e whatsapp), receber e conferir as documentações para preenchimento dos dados cadastrais no sistema MV, desenvolver rotinas administrativas de forma sistemática, a fim de garantir dentro do seu âmbito de atuação um atendimento assertivo e de qualidade.HORÁRIO: 10:12 às 20:00 SEG SEXResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimentos receptivos e ativos regulados pela CMO e outras Instituições hospitalares de acordo com as contratualizações, além de recepcionar os pacientes/acompanhantes para identificação e liberação para abertura de atendimento/tratamento;Realizar via Sistema MV os agendamentos de consultas/tratamento/exames de alto custo de acordo com a demanda e dar retorno ao cliente; Receber, conferir e escaner as documentações para realizar o cadastro do paciente no sistema MV, para consulta e solicitação de tratamento, a fim de, garantir a efetividade dos processos;Realizar atendimento telefônico interno e externo, identificar a demanda dos clientes para possíveis soluções; Solicitar autorização para consulta/tratamento de SUS e outros Convênios;Imprimir etiqueta com os dados do paciente e colar no cartão de consulta/tratamento com as informações pertinentes ao tipo de atendimento;Requisitar materiais no (CD) Centro de Distribuição, repor os Impressos utilizados no setor,    quando necessário e abrir chamados no Sistema Arkmeds/TI quando necessário;Manter e organizar a recepção/consultórios diariamente, verificar o funcionamento dos equipamentos e disponibilizar os materiais necessários para atendimento ao paciente e execução dos processosVerificar as agendas médicas diariamente, encaminhar via e-mail para o médico para controle de atendimentoFazer a busca ativa dos atendimentos não realizados, bloquear agendas e remanejar os pacientes, alimentar planilhas e registro de informações conforme orientação para controle dos dados estatísticos;Conferir as fichas AIS (Atendimento Integrado a Saúde), protocolar no MVDOC e enviar para o faturamento central diariamenteAbrir, fechar e conferir o setor no início e no término dos atendimentos, guardar as chaves no local destinadoPoderá exercer outras atividades correlatas, quando solicitado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS TÉCNICOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:Ensino médio completo.Conhecimento de informática em nível básico.REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS DESEJÁVEIS:Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas.Experiência com planilha de excel.Experiência mínima de 06 meses.Experiência com sistema MV.Conhecimento em sistema de gestão da qualidade.Informações adicionaisTransporte: Vale-Transporte;Bem-estar: plano médico e odontológico Unimed, parceria Sesc (clubes, pousadas e descontos), convênio Droga Clara;Soluções Financeiras: empréstimo consignado do Sicoob;Educação: descontos e bolsas exclusivas na Faculdade Anhanguera;Reconhecimento: prêmio retorno de férias;Alimentação: Vale-Refeição/Vale-Alimentação no valor de R$ 30,00 por dia trabalhado;
