Recepcionar e prestar atendimento direto ao cliente, pessoalmente ou por telefone, esclarecendo dúvidas, preenchendo, cadastrando e conferindo documentos diversos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeguir as instruções de trabalho determinadas em manual de procedimento padrão da empresa;Manter os equipamentos e a unidade de trabalho organizados, zelando pela sua conservação;Atender o cliente prestando todo o serviço de apoio necessário, pessoalmente ou por telefone; tirar dúvidas e responder perguntas dos clientes relacionadas ao funcionamento da clínica; Receber e fazer cadastro de documentações ortodônticas, radiografias e exames complementares;Agendar, acompanhar e controlar o atendimento dos pacientes em período de contenção, erupção ou afastamento temporário;Eventualmente realizar a confirmação dos horários de consultas dos clientes que não receberam SMS;Eventualmente fazer agendamento de consultas dos pacientes novos e que estão em tratamento;Fazer novo agendamento para os clientes que faltaram às consultas;Receber pagamentos dos clientes referentes aos serviços prestados, registrando a movimentação no sistema de gerenciamento; Quando houver recebimento, fazer a prestação de contas referente ao movimento do caixa ao responsável administrativo da empresa;Auxiliar os clientes na utilização do totem de autoatendimento Prestar um atendimento personalizado aos clientes/acompanhantes que estão em esperaDivulgar as campanhas temáticas e promocionais junto aos clientes, orientando procedimentos, esclarecendo dúvidas, entregando brindes, entre outros;Verificar constantemente a temperatura do ambiente e o som ambiente, TV e Rádio das salas de esperas;Anotar com precisão e transmitir objetivamente os recados as áreas/setores da empresa;Controlar o funcionamento do PABX e redirecionar ligações recebidas para as áreas e setores da empresa;Eventualmente entrar em contato com novos pacientes a fim de agendar a primeira consulta; - Acompanhar o funcionamento do Totem de autoatendimento;Zelar pela organização, limpeza e higiene do setor de um modo geral;Participar de treinamentos técnicos e/ou comportamentais promovido pela empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Informática intermediária;Atendimento ao público;Cálculo matemático simples.CompetênciasComunicação: Fluência verbal; Boa dicção; Redação e Gramática; Habilidades para Comunicação; Negociação.Sociais: Relacionamento Interpessoal; Trabalho em Equipe; Habilidade para Lidar com o Público; Simpatia.Comportamentais: Empatia; Ética; Proatividade; Iniciativa; Comprometimento; Administração de Conflitos; Assertividade; Discrição; Dinamismo; Responsabilidade.Organizacionais: Gerenciamento do Tempo; Planejamento e Organização.
