Oferecemos um atendimento acolhedor e humanizado, onde você é o protagonista deste modelo de cuidado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento presencial orientando os pacientes na unidade seja dúvidas ou retirada de senhas;Entregar exames do paciente, conferindo em sistema dados e dando baixa;Emitir atestado/declaração de presença seja para paciente ou acompanhante presencialmente ou por e-mail;Responder e sanar dúvidas referente entrega de resultado e laudos por e-mail;Tirar listagens de exames e separar conforme demanda;Responsável por separar e encaminhar exames por SEDEX e colocar em sistema dados dos correios;Recebimento de documentação e exames de outras unidades;Arquivar exames em ordem alfabética por setor;Atendimento presencial referente a retirada de exames e laudos;Conferência de imagens radiológicas e laudos conforme pedido médico;Separar exames diversos e agrupar conforme solicitação médica;Conferir dados pessoais em gravação de filmes radiológicos conforme abertura de ficha;Conferir pedido médico e imagens realizadas;Acessar sistema para confirmação dados e dar baixa em sistema como envelopado;Alimentar Planilha de complemente;Alimentar planilha de retificação;Alimentar planilha de antecipação de resultados de imagens e cd;Intercalar imagens dos exames e separar para agrupar em pasta correspondente ao paciente;Separar a demanda de cada médico e agrupar imagens e encaminhar à via celular ao médico;Impressão de imagens e laudos assim como confirmar quantidade de exames anteriores;Responder e-mail dúvidas sobre laudo e prazo;Conferência de listagens de diversos setores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExcelente atenção aos detalhes para conferência de dados e documentos;Capacidade de organização de arquivos;Gerenciamento de tempo e priorização de demandas;Comunicação clara, objetiva e cordial, tanto no atendimento presencial quanto por e-mail;Postura profissional, com empatia no atendimento a pacientes e acompanhantes;Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com diferentes setores;Conhecimento em informática (pacote office);Experiência prévia com atendimento ao público.Diferenciais:Experiência prévia em clínicas ou hospitais;Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão clínica/hospitalar (como Tasy, MV ou similares).Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Vale alimentação, Vale Refeição, Assistência Médica, Assistência Odontológica e Total Pass.Tipo de contratação:Contratação CLT, com atuação presencial. Carga horária e horário de trabalho: Segunda á Sexta 11:12 ás 19:00 - Sábado alternado 07:00 ás 16:00
