Estamos em busca de um(a) Recepcionista para atuar em nossa unidade de Perdizes, oferecendo um atendimento humanizado, acolhedor e eficiente aos pacientes, familiares e equipe multidisciplinar. Essa pessoa será o primeiro ponto de contato da clínica e terá papel fundamental na organização do ambiente e no suporte às rotinas administrativas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o atendimento presencial de pacientes e familiares.Agendar e confirmar consultas e retornos.Receber e orientar pacientes com empatia e discrição.Organizar e manter atualizados os prontuários e documentos dos pacientes.Solicitar autorizações nos portais dos convêniosApoiar a equipe clínica com informações administrativas e logísticas.Controlar entrada e saída de pacientes e visitantes.Manter a recepção limpa, organizada e acolhedora.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Experiência prévia com atendimento ao público.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Discrição, empatia e postura profissional.Experiência em clínicas médicas ou de saúde mental.Conhecimento em sistemas de agendamento e prontuário eletrônico.Noções básicas de rotinas administrativas.Informações adicionais·     Convênio Saúde e Odontológico;·     Vale Transporte;·     Credencial SESC;·     Vale Refeição no valor de R$ 18,00/dia;·     Vale Alimentação no valor de R$ 240,00/mês;·  GYMPASSSobre o processo seletivo:Aqui na ViV, acreditamos que cada pessoa carrega uma história única, e queremos conhecer a sua.
