Executar serviços de apoio na área administrativa, atender fornecedores e clientes, fornecer e receber informações sobre produtos e serviços; tratar de documentos variados, cumprir todo o procedimento necessário referente aos mesmos. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar informações por telefone, WhatsApp ou presencial a pacientes e familiares; Triar e direcionar as demandas de atendimento administrativo aos demais setores (financeiro, serviço social, SAME, SAC, gestão de pessoas); Receber pertences de pacientes internados, quando previamente autorizado pelo Serviço social e informar a unidade para que retire na recepção; Gerar consultas no sistema Tasy, solicitar autorização nos casos de pacientes que possuem convênio, ou cobrar valor de consultas particulares; Gerar internações no sistema Tasy, providenciar a impressão dos documentos pertinentes e coletar assinatura do responsável pelo paciente na internação, entregar os informativos de internação aos familiares e orientá-los; fazer o acerto financeiro com os familiares, encaminhar o contato ao Serviço Social e comunicar o médico assistente; Cadastrar internações involuntárias no site do Ministério Público de Santa Catarina – MPSC; Realizar cobrança de valores de internações; Agendar consultas médicas observando as particularidades de cada médico; Realizar a confirmação das consultas eletivas no dia anterior ao agendamento, por telefone, whatsapp; Remanejar ou cancelar agendas médicas quando solicitado pela gestão de atendimento; Organizar os consultórios nas trocas de médicos, repondo receituários; Realizar a solicitação e preenchimento do Requerimento de solicitações de documentos; Verificar, guardar e devolver, os pertences de pacientes de alta médica ou licença terapêutica (incluindo valores financeiros); Receber, na ausência do colaborador do setor Comercial (SAC), orientar os pacientes e familiares que entram em contato via whatsapp; Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office;Experiência na área Hospitalar será um diferencial;Informações adicionaisAlimentação no Local;Vale Transporte;Plano de saúde e odontológico (após os 90 dias de experiencia);Gym Pass
