Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar e direcionar visitantes, fornecedores e colaboradores;Realizar atendimento presencial e telefônico;Identificar e encaminhar as pessoas aos setores responsáveis;Monitorar e organizar a agenda de reservas das salas de reunião;Apoiar na organização e rotina da recepção;Receber e direcionar correspondências, documentos e encomendas;Prestar informações e orientações aos visitantes e colaboradores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Boa comunicação e postura profissional;Cordialidade e facilidade para lidar com pessoas;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Proatividade e responsabilidade;Desejável experiência anterior com atendimento ou recepção.
