Atendimento a clientes em áreas de saúde; digitação de exames; separação e arquivamento de documentos.Desejável (Plus para o candidato, não impede contratação): Ensino superior em áreas afins.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar as atividades administrativas no Laboratório, recepcionar os pacientes externos para o cadastro de exames, esclarecer dúvidas dos médicos, enfermeiros e outros profissionais da Fundação, realizar o cadastro dos pacientes internados no hospital quando o sistema está com problema, cadastrar e digitar os resultados de glicemia capilar, verificar se os exames enviados ao laboratório de apoio estão prontos dentro do prazo, imprimir os resultados dos pacientes externos, participar de treinamentos e reuniões.  Realiza as atividades administrativas no Laboratório;  Recepciona clientes internos e externos via telefone e pessoalmente;  Esclarece dúvidas dos médicos, enfermeiros e outros profissionais do hospital;  Realiza os cadastros internos dos pacientes internados no hospital quando o sistema não funciona;  Realiza o cadastro das glicemias capilares;  Gera o número de atendimento no Gesthos;  Gera e exporta os exames no Gesthos para o faturamento;  Confere a documento do paciente (com foto) para entrega de resultado, imprimindo os mesmos quando prontos e assinados eletronicamente;  Orienta a conduta de como o paciente deverá proceder antes da coleta dos materiais biológicos, tempo de jejum por exemplo.  Entrega o frasco de urina ao paciente e instrui quanto o procedimento da coleta;  Garante o arquivamento físico dos dados brutos de glicemia capilar, dos pedidos e documentos setoriais;  Realiza a integração dos exames para o faturamento dar andamento;  Dar baixa nos materiais enviados para o laboratório terceirizado;  Confere os pedidos, gera arquivo e integra no sistema Gesthos;  Acompanha e concretiza o atendimento das solicitações, informações e/ou reclamações dos atendimentos telefônicos;  Participa ativamente das atividades do setor, treinamentos, reuniões e orientação quando demandado;  Observar as normas de segurança, controle ambiental e outras internas e/ou a legislação, pertinentes às suas atividades;  Executar outras tarefas similares às acima descritas a critério do gestor.Requisitos e qualificações
