Posição com forte trilha de desenvolvimento técnico e exposição a finanças globais. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o ciclo orçamentário: coleta de premissas com as áreas, consolidação, controle de versões e acompanhamento da execução. Construir e manter modelos financeiros, projeções e modelos preditivos (forecasting). Realizar análise orçado × realizado (variance analysis), investigando desvios e propondo explicações e ações corretivas junto às áreas. Elaborar relatórios gerenciais mensais e apoiar a montagem do reporting package enviado ao time global de finanças (Dubai), incluindo conteúdo em inglês.Apurar e acompanhar indicadores de rentabilidade (ROIC, ROE, EVA, margem EBITDA, margem de contribuição, entre outros). Apoiar a gestão de CAPEX da companhia.Apoiar a construção de análises de viabilidade econômico-financeira de projetos e investimentos.Fornecer dados e projeções de suporte à gestão de fluxo de caixa e capital de giro. Automatizar e padronizar rotinas analíticas (Excel / Power Query / Power BI).Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Economia, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharias e áreas correlatas. Literacia contábil – capacidade de leitura e análise de DRE, balanço e fluxo de caixa, e sua articulação na modelagem financeira. Excel avançado e domínio sólido de matemática financeira. Inglês avançado (leitura, escrita e capacidade de produzir reportes). Perfil analítico, pensamento crítico, proatividade e disposição genuína para aprender. Boa comunicação e capacidade de interagir com áreas não financeiras. Será um diferencial se você tiver:Modelagem de dados com Power Pivot/Power BI; Python ou R. Vivência internacional ou experiência em multinacional. Espanhol. Certificações ativas ou em andamento (CFA, FMVA ou similar). Nos aspectos físicos exigem-se coordenação motora ampla e fina, destreza, articulação dos membros superiores e dos inferiores, postura variável para desenvolvimento de suas atividades, rotação e flexão do tronco, locomoção e deambulação e esporádico esforço físico.Nos aspectos sensoriais exigem-se acuidade visual para conferência de materiais, documentos físicos e preenchimento de dados no sistema interno integrado da empresa, e percepção auditiva para atendimento telefônico, aos fornecedores e colaboradores.Nos aspectos neuropsíquicos exigem-se atenção, concentração, habilidade organizacional, criatividade, interpretação de dados e iniciativa para solução de situações causais.
