Realizar é com a gente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pela construção da linguagem da marca Mêntore e pela produção de textos que traduzam temas financeiros e corporativos de maneira simples, atraente e comercial.Principais responsabilidadesCriar textos para campanhas institucionais e comerciais.Produzir conteúdo para redes sociais, e-mails, landing pages, apresentações e materiais B2B.Desenvolver headlines, conceitos criativos, slogans e chamadas de campanha.Criar conteúdos para geração de leads e apoio às ações comerciais.Elaborar roteiros para vídeos, reels, entrevistas e conteúdos institucionais.Trabalhar em parceria direta com os Diretores de Arte.Textos para blog com SEO; Adaptar mensagens para diferentes públicos: CEO, CFO, RH, empresários, parceiros e colaboradores.Revisar textos e garantir consistência do tom de voz da marca.Apoiar a construção do guideline de linguagem e tom de voz do Mêntore.Transformar temas técnicos ou financeiros em conteúdos mais simples e acessíveis.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa em Comunicação Social, Publicidade e Propaganda, Letras, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas.Experiência como Redator Publicitário, Copywriter ou Content Writer.Excelente domínio do português.Capacidade de escrever tanto comunicação institucional quanto comercial.Experiência com comunicação digital e campanhas.Boa capacidade de síntese.Diferenciais:Experiência com conteúdo B2B, serviços financeiros, fintech, RH, benefícios corporativos ou geração de leads.Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial em São Paulo (Faria Lima)
