Realiza o ciclo completo de manutenção de borracharia, incluindo montagem, desmontagem, reparos, rodízios e controle rigoroso de sulco e pressão, visando a máxima performance dos ativos, a redução de paradas não planejadas e a otimização da vida útil dos componentes de rodagem.Montagem e Desmontagem: Executar a troca de pneus em cavalos mecânicos e implementos rodoviários com agilidade e técnica.Reparos e Vulcanização: Identificar danos e realizar consertos (manchões, furos) seguindo as normas de segurança.Controle de Frota: Realizar a medição de sulco e calibragem periódica, alimentando relatórios de controle de desgaste.Rodízio e Alinhamento: Executar o rodízio estratégico de pneus para maximizar a quilometragem e identificar necessidade de alinhamento/balanceamento.Gestão de Carcaças: Organizar o estoque de pneus novos, usados e carcaças destinadas à recapagem.Socorro Externo: Realizar atendimentos de emergência em rota, quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e QualificaçõesExperiência Prática: Vivência na função de borracheiro de veículos pesados.Conhecimento Técnico: Domínio no uso de ferramentas pneumáticas, macacos hidráulicos e máquinas de desmontagem.Segurança: Conhecimento em normas de segurança para manuseio de pneus de alta pressão.♿ Todas as nossas vagas são elegíveis a pessoas com deficiência.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosA Emergent Cold LatAm procura oferecer benefícios de qualidade que contribuam para o seu bem-estar e de seus familiares (cônjuge e filhos): Vale Alimentação + Seguro de Vida + Convênio Sest Senat.
