O Fiscal Líder Regional tem a missão de realizar atividades focadas na prevenção de perdas nas unidades, em que são verificados pontos de conformidade operacional das atividades dos fiscais e fiscais líderes de loja, tais como, procedimentos de inibição e abordagem, adesão às ferramentas e projetos de Prevenção de Perdas, quadros de fiscais, sistemas de segurança física e patrimonial e acompanhamento dos indicadores de perda de inventário e quebra operacional. Essas atividades contribuem com as ações de redução das perdas da companhia.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAplicação de check list tático nas unidades de acordo com o plano de visitas;Monitoramento do quadro de fiscais a atuação para a rápida reposição;Reforço nos procedimentos de inibição e abordagem junto aos fiscais de loja, através de treinamentos e alinhamentos;Garantir o cadastro de todas as ocorrências de furto externo e acidente/incidentes no portal de prevenção de perdas;Acompanhamento dos indicadores de perda de inventário e quebra operacional e acompanhamento do plano de ação de redução de perdas das unidades;Acompanhar a instalação de equipamentos de segurança física e patrimonial e treinar a equipe de fiscais de lojas nas unidades novas e reformas;Reporte de casos de investigação e apoio na apuração de dados;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesVivência anterior com liderança de equipes;Experiência em aplicação de treinamentos;Conhecimento pacote office;Disponibilidade de horário, inclusive para trabalho aos finais de semana;Ensino Médio completo.
