Esta pessoa, Fiscal Líder, tem o propósito de encantar clientes, colaboradores e visitantes em geral, liderando os fiscais de loja e garantindo, por meio da adoção das melhores práticas de prevenção e processos, a redução das perdas; zelando pelo bem-estar e segurança de todos no ambiente da loja, sempre atuando com respeito, equilíbrio e não violência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerir e desenvolver a equipe de fiscais, garantindo integração e alinhamento com os objetivos da empresa;Recepcionar clientes na entrada da loja com cordialidade e atenção;Operar o sistema de circuito fechado de televisão (CFTV) e realizar checklists para identificar e corrigir irregularidades em equipamentos de combate a incêndio e prevenção de perdas, assegurando a segurança de clientes, visitantes e colaboradores;Garantir procedimentos de segurança na entrada e saída de colaboradores e equipes terceirizadas;Prevenir furtos, quebras de produtos, acidentes e incidentes, adotando medidas previstas em políticas internas e providenciando socorro quando necessário;Reportar casos de discriminação, preconceito, assédio ou agressão (física ou verbal) presenciados ou informados;Zelar por um ambiente de trabalho harmonioso e respeitoso com colaboradores e clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Compromisso com a manutenção do bem-estar geral de ambientes e pessoas;Postura de apresentação pessoal receptiva e flexível;Facilidade com ferramentas digitais;Vivência com gestão de equipes;Disponibilidade para atuar em escala 6x1.Informações adicionaisFique por dentro dos nossos benefícios!
