Então vem!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar prospecção e atendimento de clientes do segmento de frotas (transportadoras, locadoras, empresas de logística, agrícolas e construção pesada);Atuar de forma consultiva, identificando necessidades e oferecendo soluções adequadas em produtos e serviços;Acompanhar e gerenciar carteira de clientes, garantindo relacionamento contínuo e de longo prazo;Apresentar propostas comerciais, negociar condições e acompanhar fechamento de contratos;Realizar visitas técnicas em clientes de frota, em conjunto com o time técnico, para identificar oportunidades de melhoria;Monitorar indicadores de performance da frota (ex.: custo por km, recapabilidade, consumo de pneus) e propor soluções para otimização;Prestar suporte pós-venda, acompanhando performance dos produtos e satisfação dos clientes;Participar de ações de divulgação, treinamentos e eventos ligados ao segmento de transporte e frota;Alimentar o CRM/sistema de vendas com informações atualizadas de clientes, propostas e negociações;Trabalhar em parceria com o time técnico e de marketing para desenvolver estratégias específicas para o segmento de frota.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCNPJ ativo para atuação como Pessoa Jurídica;CORE ativo (Conselho Regional dos Representantes Comerciais);Experiência prévia em vendas B2B, preferencialmente no segmento automotivo, pneus, peças ou logística;Conhecimento em gestão de frotas e indicadores de performance (ex.: custo por km, recapabilidade);Habilidade em negociação e gestão de contratos;Domínio de ferramentas de CRM e pacote Office;Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas externas;CNH categoria B.
