Para ampliar o Canal Engenharia, buscamos empresas de representação comercial com experiência em arquitetura, engenharia e construção civil, capazes de atuar junto a arquitetos, engenheiros, escritórios de arquitetura, construtoras, incorporadoras, instaladores, compradores, especificadores e responsáveis por obras.

O representante deverá desenvolver o mercado regional, mapear obras com potencial de especificação e conduzir oportunidades de forma consultiva e organizada, do primeiro contato ao fechamento.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear o mercado regional e prospectar obras, projetos, construtoras, incorporadoras, escritórios de arquitetura, instaladores e contas estratégicas;

Identificar projetos em fase de estudo, especificação, orçamento ou execução, antecipando oportunidades para inserção das soluções TALT;Desenvolver relacionamento com arquitetos, engenheiros, especificadores, compradores, gestores de obras e demais influenciadores da decisão;Apresentar as soluções TALT de forma consultiva, destacando aplicações, diferenciais técnicos e benefícios para cada tipo de projeto;Levantar informações técnicas e comerciais, apoiar a elaboração de propostas e acompanhar amostras, especificações e validações;Conduzir negociações e acompanhar cada oportunidade do primeiro contato ao fechamento, mantendo contato durante a evolução da obra;Realizar visitas, apresentações técnicas, treinamentos e ações de relacionamento com clientes e parceiros;Manter o CRM atualizado;Compartilhar informações de mercado e concorrência e atuar conforme as políticas da TALT, com ética, organização e postura profissional;Entre outras atividades.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS BÁSICOS:   ·    Empresa constituída, com CNPJ ativo e registro regular no CORE;

   ·    CNH válida, veículo próprio e disponibilidade para visitas e treinamentos;

   ·    Experiência nos mercados de arquitetura, engenharia ou construção civil, com atuação em obras, projetos e especificações;

   ·    Carteira de clientes ativa e qualificada, com relacionamento consolidado junto a arquitetos, engenheiros, construtoras, incorporadoras, especificadores, compradores e responsáveis por obras;

   ·    Estrutura para prospecção, gestão comercial e uso do CRM da TALT;

   ·    Alinhamento às políticas da marca e ausência de conflito direto com o portfólio TALT;    ·    Residir no Estado de Pernambuco.

É DESEJÁVEL:   ·   Perfil empreendedor, consultivo, organizado e orientado a resultados;

   ·   Boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação e relacionamento de longo prazo;

   ·   Conhecimento do mercado regional e iniciativa para identificar projetos antecipadamente;

   ·   Vivência com revestimentos, acabamentos, produtos técnicos ou de alto valor agregado;

   ·   Experiência em apresentações técnicas e suporte a projetos de médio e grande porte.
