Se você quer fazer parte de uma empresa que atua em um mercado em constante crescimento e valoriza pessoas, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:Realizar visitas semanais ou quinzenais aos clientes, fortalecendo o relacionamento e identificando novas oportunidades de negócio;Planejar a rotina comercial, organizando roteiros e estratégias de visita de acordo com o potencial de cada cliente;Realizar pedidos de venda e acompanhar as oportunidades comerciais;Desenvolver ações para geração de demanda e aumento do giro dos produtos no ponto de venda;Identificar oportunidades em cada cliente, buscando ampliar o sell-out e potencializar os resultados comerciais;Implementar campanhas, ações promocionais e estratégias de vendas em parceria com os clientes;Prospectar novos clientes e desenvolver novas oportunidades de mercado;Participar e atuar na organização de feiras, eventos e ações comerciais voltadas à geração de demanda e fortalecimento da marca;Acompanhar o mercado, identificando tendências, oportunidades e movimentos da concorrência que possam contribuir para o crescimento das vendas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência na área comercial, preferencialmente no segmento Pet, Veterinário ou áreas relacionadas;Residir na região de atuação da vaga;Possuir veículo próprio e disponibilidade para realizar visitas externas;Disponibilidade para atuação no modelo PJ;Boa comunicação oral e escrita, com facilidade para estabelecer e fortalecer relacionamentos;Perfil proativo, dinâmico e orientado a resultados;Iniciativa para identificar oportunidades e propor soluções aos clientes;Capacidade de negociação e desenvolvimento de relacionamento comercial;Empatia e escuta ativa para compreender as necessidades dos clientes;Resiliência e flexibilidade para lidar com diferentes cenários e desafios da rotina comercial;Organização e autonomia para planejar visitas, acompanhar oportunidades e administrar a carteira de clientes.Informações adicionais Comissão sobre as vendas, com potencial de ganhos alinhado aos resultados;Premiações por desempenho, de acordo com o atingimento das metas e resultados comerciais;Ajuda de custo para apoiar as despesas relacionadas à rotina de visitas e atuação externa;Oportunidade de atuação em uma empresa inserida no mercado Pet e Veterinário, com possibilidade de desenvolvimento e crescimento comercial.
