Estamos em busca de um(a) BDR Jr. para compor nosso time comercial. Esse(a) profissional será responsável por prospectar ativamente potenciais clientes (contas estratégicas) que ainda não conhecem a Yep Solutions, realizando o primeiro contato (cold call/cold outreach) com o objetivo de gerar oportunidades para nossos canais parceiros. Também será responsável por identificar se as empresas da nossa base de leads possuem o perfil e a necessidade para nossas soluções, qualificando-as para posterior encaminhamento aos canais revendedores, que darão continuidade ao processo comercial com o apoio do nosso time. Além disso, apoiará iniciativas e estratégias comerciais voltadas ao fomento de novos negócios para o Grupo Artico.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar prospecção ativa para direcionamento de oportunidades aos nossos canais parceiros. Cumprir as metas e os objetivos definidos pela área. Apresentar os benefícios e as características dos produtos de forma persuasiva e convincente. Acompanhar o processo comercial desde a prospecção até o agendamento de reuniões com os vendedores.  Manter o CRM atualizado com as informações de cada lead.  Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre tendências de mercado, concorrência e portfólio de produtos.  Requisitos e qualificações• Ensino Superior completo.• Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.• Habilidade de persuasão e negociação. • Orientação para resultados e foco no atingimento de metas. • Conhecimento básico em técnicas de negociação e vendas. Informações adicionaisDiferenciais:• Conhecimento do ecossistema de fabricantes, distribuidores e canais de tecnologia.• Experiência em prospecção de clientes no segmento de tecnologia.• Experiência com plataformas de CRM, como o Exact Spotter.  Competências comportamentais:• Facilidade de aprendizagem.• Resiliência e persistência.• Excelente comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal.• Proatividade e senso de dono.• Foco no cliente e na geração de valor.• Adaptabilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos.
