Perfil de Cientista de Dados para atuar com foco no projeto de Sala de Performance Volkswagen. Será responsável por transformar grandes volumes de dados em insights estratégicos que apoiem a tomada de decisão e impulsionem os resultados do negócio. Atuará na coleta, tratamento, análise e monitoramento de dados provenientes de diversas fontes, desenvolvendo estudos, modelos analíticos e dashboards que contribuam para a otimização de produtos, campanhas e processos da companhia, alavancando o projeto de inteligência de dados de Vendas e Marketing.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProcessamento, organização e monitoramento de dados de diferentes fontes ( Datalake, APIs, ferramentas analyticas, ferramenta de CRM, etc);Atualização e estruturação de Dashs para diferentes times e objetivos;Elaboração de analises que contribuam para principais obejtivos da companhia;Analise de produtos digitais a fim de solucionar problemas ou otimizar fluxos de plataformas;Análises estatísticas e exploratórias para identificar padrões, tendências e insights relevantes; Analises de correlações dos principais KPIs da area;Criar rotina de acompanhamento teste A-B que identifiquem possiveis oportunidades de melhorias e otimizações de campanhas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos TécnicosFormação superior em Ciência de Dados, Engenharia, Matemática, Estatistica, Marketing, Contabilidade, e/ou correlatas;Inglês Intermediário;Disponibilidade para viagens esporádicas;Experiência com SQL, Python ou R para manipulação e análise de dados;Conhecimento em visualização de dados e construção de dashboards (Power BI, Tableau ou similares);Vivência com Data Lake, APIs, CRM e ferramentas de analytics;Experiência em análises estatísticas, KPIs e testes A/B.Competências ComportamentaisPerfil analítico e orientado à resolução de problemas;Capacidade de transformar dados em insights para o negócio;Boa comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes áreas;Proatividade, organização e atenção aos detalhes;Curiosidade e interesse por inovação e melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisNome do Cargo: Representante de MarketingLocal de trabalho: São Bernardo do Campo-SPModelo de trabalho híbrido sendo 3x na semana presencial (sendo 2x em São Bernardo do Campo/SP e 1x no Morumbi/SP)Plataforma de treinamentos online gratuitoPrograma de Saúde e Bem-estarBenefícios:Compra de veículo com descontoGympassEstacionamento no local - gratuitoÔnibus fretadoPPR anualRefeitório no localPlano de SaúdePrevidência PrivadaPlano PecúlioZenklub - plataforma de saúde mental e bem-estar emocional
