Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Representante de Ventas B2B para nuestro segmento de Aviación.Objetivo del rol:Quien ocupe el rol será responsable por el desarrollo comercial, la gestión integral y la rentabilidad de la cartera de clientes de aviación internacional en Argentina, liderando la relación con aerolíneas globales. Desarrollo de la estrategia y ejecución del posicionamiento comercial en el largo plazo.Responsabilidades y atribucionesSus Principales Responsabilidades Serán: Administrar y desarrollar relaciones comerciales con aerolíneas internacionales y clientes estratégicos del segmento de aviación.Identificar oportunidades de negocio y diseñar estrategias comerciales orientadas al crecimiento sostenible.Negociar contratos, acuerdos comerciales, precios y condiciones de suministro, asegurando la rentabilidad del negocio y la satisfacción del cliente.Liderar procesos de licitación (tenders), renovaciones contractuales y negociaciones de largo plazo.Coordinar con Logística, distribución y trading (LDT) y Refineria para garantizar una ejecución eficiente de los compromisos comerciales.Monitorear indicadores de desempeño, evolución del mercado, actividad de competidores y tendencias de la industria aérea para detectar riesgos y oportunidades.Gestionar reclamos, contingencias operativas y situaciones complejas con clientes clave, actuando como principal punto de contacto comercial.Elaborar pronósticos de ventas, presupuestos y planes de negocio para todas las cuentas del negocio.Representar a la compañía ante clientes, asociaciones de la industria y actores relevantes del mercado aeronáutico.Requisitos y calificacionesProfesionales de Ingeniería, económicas (actuario y economía), y afinesSólida experiencia en roles comerciales, gestión de cuentas y negociación de contratosLicencia de conducir (excluyente).Inglés avanzado (excluyente).Salesforce (deseable)Informaciones adicionales Búsqueda laboral equitativa.
