Apoyar y/o conectar con el área que brinde soporte en el uso o manejo de distintas soluciones adquiridas por el cliente, resolver problemas que se puedan presentar de manera oportuna logrando la satisfacción del cliente y fidelidad del mismo.  Responsabilidades y atribuciones: Administrar la cartera de clientes asignada, fortaleciendo relaciones comerciales y prospectando nuevos clientes.Gestionar el ciclo comercial, incluyendo visitas, presentación de soluciones, negociación, cotizaciones y cierre de ventas.Registrar y realizar seguimiento a las oportunidades comerciales en el CRM.Analizar el mercado, la competencia y las tendencias para identificar oportunidades de negocio.Elaborar propuestas comerciales, evaluar la viabilidad de los proyectos y apoyar la formalización de contratos.Garantizar la satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes, gestionando sus requerimientos y reclamaciones.Realizar seguimiento a las cuentas asignadas e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento comercial.Participar en eventos comerciales y apoyar las actividades de promoción de la empresa.Brindar soporte comercial y técnico a los clientes en coordinación con las áreas internas.Cumplir los indicadores de gestión y las metas establecidas por el área comercial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormación académica: Profesional en Ingeniería Agronómica, Ingeniería Agrícola, Ingeniería Agroindustrial, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afinesExperiencia en ventas consultivas, desarrollo de negocios o comercialización de soluciones para el sector agroindustrial o de agricultura de precisión. Informações adicionaisEn Solinftec buscamos construir relaciones laborales de largo plazo.
