Seu papel será fundamental para impulsionar o desenvolvimento dos clientes, ampliar oportunidades de negócio e contribuir diretamente para o crescimento da região de atuação.Você terá contato constante com produtores rurais, participando ativamente da construção de estratégias que promovam produtividade, rentabilidade e adoção de novas tecnologias no agronegócio.

Vem ser Nutrien!Vem alimentar o futuro com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver relacionamentos sólidos e de confiança com os clientes da região.Identificar oportunidades de negócio e expandir a carteira de clientes.Atuar de forma consultiva, unindo conhecimento técnico e estratégia comercial.Contribuir para o alcance das metas comerciais por meio de um atendimento próximo e personalizado.Apoiar os clientes na adoção de soluções e ferramentas que gerem ganhos de produtividade.Analisar cenários e propor iniciativas que agreguem valor ao negócio dos clientes.Como será o seu dia a diaRealizar atendimento consultivo e personalizado aos clientes.Prestar assistência técnica, recomendando produtos, serviços e soluções adequadas às necessidades de cada produtor.Conduzir negociações, vendas e acompanhamento das cobranças da carteira.Prospectar novos clientes e desenvolver oportunidades de negócios na região.Atualizar cadastros e realizar a gestão da carteira de clientes.Elaborar e executar planos de ação voltados ao atingimento das metas comerciais.Desenvolver e posicionar soluções da empresa junto aos clientes no campo.Utilizar ferramentas digitais para gestão das atividades comerciais e incentivo à adoção pelos produtores.Atuar em parceria com especialistas para oferecer soluções completas aos clientes.Monitorar o cenário da região e identificar oportunidades para aumentar a produtividade e os resultados dos clientes.

Requisitos e qualificações• Formação Técnica e/ou Superior em Engenharia Agronômica.• Experiência na área comercial;• Bom conhecimento em ferramentas tecnológicas;• Região de atuação: (Lavras,Perdões,Cana Verde, Santana do Jacare, Nepoumuceno );• Disponibilidade para viagens;• Possuir CNH B.DiferenciaisExperiência como Representante Técnico de Vendas, Consultor Técnico de Vendas ou funções similares.Vivência com tecnologias e ferramentas digitais voltadas ao campo.Conhecimento da região de atuação e relacionamento com produtores locais.Perfil consultivo, proativo e orientado a resultados.
