Buscamos por um(a) Representante Técnico Sênior para atuação na Solenis, fornecedora líder global de soluções de tratamento de água e higiene que ajuda a criar ambientes mais limpos e seguros por meio de inovação sustentável.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar processos de CIP em todas as áreas da fábrica.Reportar resultados do processo CIP.Reportar perdas e inadequações do processo de CIP.Participar de reuniões e planos de ação para controle e melhorias dos resultados microbiológicos.Controlar o consumo dos químicos (garantir o consumo dentro da meta).Monitorar o inventário/estoque químico para garantir que não ocorram situações de falta de produto.Controlar reagentes, dosagens e insumos.Realizar testes laboratoriais e acompanhar testes de campo nos clientes, para avaliar performance dos produtos com o objetivo de manter ou conquistar novas contas.Realizar análises físico-químicas e coleta de amostras.Participação e eventual condução de reuniões de segurança (DDS).Identificar e lançar apontamentos de segurança dashboard.Suportar as visitas periódicas dos especialistas de aplicações.Realizar inspeções diárias nos equipamentos de dosagens e calibrações.Realizar manutenção corretiva e preventiva (garantir o correto funcionamento dos equipamentos de dosagem e da linha de lubrificação, calibração e aferição de equipamentos).Ser capaz de entender e propor melhorias em todas as aplicações.Ser a referência técnica comercial em clientes KA.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino técnico ou superior completo em Química, Engenharia Química, Engenharia de Alimentos, Biologia, Mecânica, Automação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência anterior em assistência técnica, aplicações, suporte técnico ou atendimento a clientes industriais;Vivência em indústrias de alimentos e bebidas.Conhecimento em processos CIP e parâmetros de controle de limpeza industrial;Conhecimento em análises físico-químicas, coleta de amostras e testes laboratoriais;Experiência com produtos químicos industriais, dosagem, controle de concentração e consumo;Conhecimento em equipamentos de dosagem, calibração, aferição e manutenção preventiva/corretiva;Capacidade de realizar testes de campo e avaliações de performance de produtos;Conhecimento em controle de estoque e inventário de produtos químicos;Habilidade para analisar resultados, identificar desvios e propor melhorias nos processos e aplicações;Boa capacidade de elaboração de relatórios técnicos e acompanhamento de indicadores;Boa comunicação Perfil consultivoCapacidade para atuar como referência técnica perante clientes estratégicos (Key Accounts);Pacote Office em nível básico/intermediário;Informações adicionaisSomos uma indústria química que diariamente se propõe a resolver desafios complexos no tratamento de água, melhoria de processos e de higiene para clientes nos mercados de consumo, industrial, institucional, alimentos e bebidas e água de piscinas e spas, por meio de pessoas, experiência e tecnologia.
