Sobre o time:O principal desafio do time de Vendas é converter novas oportunidades de venda em novos clientes para a Conta Simples, fazendo com que eles enxerguem muito valor na nossa solução por um processo de venda consultivo.Desafios da posição:Como Sales Account Executive, você terá um papel fundamental no impulsionamento do crescimento da receita da Conta Simples. Estaremos juntos nessa jornada, promovendo treinamento diário, buscando feedbacks constantes, e colaborando para construir novos modelos que ampliem nossa base de clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeu dia a dia na Conta Simples: Prospecção & New Business: foco em conversão de novos logotipos e expansão de market shareGestão de Pipeline: acompanhamento de KPIs no HubSpot para dar ritmo ao ciclo de vendasPitch consultivo: demonstrações com foco em dor, valor agregado e ROIMapeamento de decisores: identificação de stakeholders-chave para engajamento no processo de vendaNegociação: capacidade de contornar objeções e remover barreiras de entradaAnálise competitiva: acompanhamento do mercado para identificar diferenciais frente à concorrênciaViabilização de negócios: articulação com áreas internas (Crédito/Produto) para estruturar propostasPrevisibilidade & Forecast: manutenção de CRM organizado para dar visibilidade ao funilMentalidade hunter: proatividade em cold calling e prospecção multicanal, com disposição para evoluir tecnicamente

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você: Experiência prévia como Executivo de Vendas;Conhecimento em ferramentas de apresentação e planilhas como PowerPoint e Excel;Familiaridade com frameworks de vendas como Spin Selling e SPICED (não é necessário domínio avançado — buscamos disposição para aplicar e evoluir);Disposição para desenvolver autonomia na gestão do próprio pipeline (perdidos, base de clientes, outbound);Comprometimento com o alcance de metas, buscando sempre resultados, trabalhando em equipe, com empatia e cuidado com os clientes em todas as etapas;Capacidade de identificar necessidades dos clientes e apresentar soluções da Conta Simples de forma consultiva;Uso de dados para apoiar previsões de vendas baseadas nas oportunidades do pipeline;Boa organização e gestão de oportunidades ativas, incluindo uso da plataforma HubSpot;Disposição para lidar com negociações, identificando obstáculos e buscando ajuda quando necessário para fechar oportunidades;Boas habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;Curiosidade e disposição para aprender e crescer continuamente;Motivação e desejo genuíno de sucesso, alcançando metas desafiadoras;Coachability: abertura para receber e aplicar feedbacks, buscando desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional.

Será diferencial se você tiver: Experiência como SDR;Experiência com o mercado financeiro;Vivência prévia com negociações complexas ou contas C-Level.
