O SDR irá atuar em uma rotina de alto volume de conversas, dividindo o dia entre a prospecção ativa de contas priorizadas do backlog (ligação, WhatsApp e e-mail) e o follow-up das conversas já em andamento. Em cada interação, o profissional avalia o fit da conta antes de avançar no processo comercial: quando identifica uma boa aderência, agenda a reunião diretamente na agenda do Account Executive responsável; quando não há fit, desqualifica a conta registrando o motivo. Todo o trabalho é lançado no CRM em tempo real, garantindo rastreabilidade e histórico atualizado das interações. A semana é encerrada com uma revisão de volume qualificado e taxa de conversão junto à gestão comercial. É uma posição com autonomia para decidir a ordem de prioridade do backlog, exigindo organização e senso de julgamento na gestão do próprio tempo.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesContatar ativamente as contas priorizadas do backlog de Target Account por ligação, WhatsApp e e-mail.Qualificar contas checando o fit real na conversa e avançar apenas as que atendem aos critérios.Agendar reuniões (demos) diretamente na agenda dos Account Executives quando a conta é qualificada.Desqualificar contas sem fit registrando o motivo de forma clara.Lançar todas as atividades e mudanças de estágio no HubSpot em tempo real.Gerir alto volume de contas simultâneas sem perder follow-up.Definir a ordem de prioridade do backlog de forma autônoma.Participar da revisão semanal de volume qualificado e taxa de conversão com a gestão comercial.Trazer leituras sobre a qualidade do backlog: padrões de contas que convertem, segmentos mais fáceis de qualificar e gargalos no processo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia em qualificação de leads.Boa comunicação e escuta ativa para identificar fit real durante a conversa.Organização para gerir alto volume de contas simultâneas sem perder follow-up.Experiência em SaaS B2B.Experiência com CRM.REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEISExperiência com HubSpotVivência com funis de grande volume e backlog acumulado (triagem e priorização).Informações adicionais Auxílio para trabalho remoto – R$170,00 (auxílio com o custo de internet, energia ou água)Vale alimentação/refeição – R$788,00 mensal (Cartão Caju Benefício Flexível)Vale-Transporte para os dias presenciaisAssistência Médica (Plano 100%, sem coparticipação)Assistência Médica para dependentes menores de 18 anos (pagamos 50%)Day off religiosoDay off de aniversárioConexa Saúde (nutricionista e psicoterapia)WellhubEquipamento para trabalho remotoAjuda de custo inicial para equipar o Home Office – R$300,00Programa de indicações
