Somos uma HRTech brasileira, atuando no mercado B2B e com forte estratégia de Inbound Marketing para expansão. Estamos buscando uma pessoa Gerente de Vendas Sênior para liderar a operação comercial da Convenia, com responsabilidade direta pelos resultados de crescimento da empresa. Esta é uma posição de liderança com reporte direto ao sócio fundador.A operação de vendas tem como desafio aqui elevar produtividade, destravar gargalos de crescimento e levar a operação a um novo patamar de maturidade e resultado. ✨Veja abaixo mais detalhes desta posição e se tem a ver com você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSer responsável pelos resultados comerciais e pela contribuição direta ao crescimento da empresa;Construir e evoluir a estratégia comercial;Identificar e remover gargalos estruturais que limitam a escala da operação, sejam de processo, ferramenta, perfil de contratação ou modelo de remuneração;Conectar a estratégia comercial com as demais áreas da empresa (Produto, Marketing, Customer Success) para sustentar o crescimento de forma consistente;Gerir pipeline, forecast e performance individual e coletiva do time de vendas;Manter e evoluir a cadência de gestão já estabelecida (1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecast calls);Atuar no dia a dia com coaching de ligações, revisão de propostas e apoio direto em negociações complexas;Trabalhar em conjunto com a pessoa responsável por Enablement, que não reporta diretamente a você, mas cujos materiais e treinamentos são recurso direto do seu time, para garantir que o conteúdo gerado se traduza em resultado prático;Reportar resultados, riscos e recomendações diretamente à diretoria.Requisitos e qualificaçõesResidência em São Paulo (SP), nosso escritório fica próximo da Av. Paulista;+10 anos de experiência liderando times de vendas em empresas SaaS B2B;Vivência prévia em gestão de vendas em posição sênior, não é uma primeira gerência;Track record de escalar operações comerciais maduras, não apenas estruturar times novos;Capacidade comprovada de transitar entre visão estratégica (plano de crescimento, prioridades, processo) e execução tática (coaching individual, apoio em deals) sem perder o ritmo de nenhuma das duas;Habilidade de influenciar e colaborar com áreas que não reportam diretamente a você (como Enablement) para alcançar resultado comum;Comunicação analítica e clara para leitura de funil, forecast e métricas de vendas, incluindo diálogo direto com a liderança executiva.Informações adicionaisConfira nossos benefícios:🚇 Presencial (com VT - escritório próximo à Av.
