Venha fazer parte de uma empresa que ama transformar com tecnologia e abraça a diversidade em todas as suas formas!Responsabilidades e atribuições Estamos em busca de um Consultor SAP HCM PY Sênior altamente qualificado para integrar nossa equipe de TI Corporativa.O profissional será responsável por garantir a estabilidade, evolução e conformidade legal do sistema de Folha de Pagamento no ambiente SAP ECC, atuando desde o entendimento das demandas de negócio até a implementação técnica e o suporte especializado.🎯 Principais Responsabilidades📌 Sustentação e EvoluçãoGarantir a estabilidade e performance do módulo SAP HCM PY (Payroll/Folha de Pagamento);Atuar na resolução de chamados complexos e incidentes;Implementar melhorias, projetos de roll-out e novas implementações;Apoiar a evolução contínua do ambiente SAP HCM.⚙️ Configuração TécnicaAtuar na manutenção e criação de regras de cálculo (PCRs);Realizar manutenção e configuração de esquemas de folha (Schemas) complexos;Adaptar o sistema às convenções coletivas e políticas internas da empresa;Atuar em cenários complexos de processamento de folha.🇧🇷 Conformidade e Localização BrasilGarantir a aderência do sistema à legislação trabalhista brasileira;Atuar em atualizações legais e obrigações acessórias;Garantir a correta operação dos processos relacionados ao eSocial;Realizar manutenção, análise e saneamento de erros;Atuar no envio e tratamento de eventos do eSocial.🤝 Parceria com o NegócioEntender e traduzir as necessidades das áreas de RH e Departamento Pessoal;Elaborar especificações funcionais e técnicas;Propor soluções eficientes, escaláveis e aderentes às necessidades do negócio;Atuar em parceria com as áreas técnicas e de negócio.🔎 Requisitos e Qualificações⭐ Experiência SêniorSólida experiência como Consultor SAP HCM, com foco comprovado em PY (Payroll — Localização Brasil);Experiência em sustentação, melhorias e projetos de SAP HCM.⚙️ Domínio de ConfiguraçãoConhecimento avançado em parametrização de Schemas e PCRs;Experiência com processamento de:Médias;Pensão alimentícia;Férias;Rescisão;13º salário;Outros processos relacionados à folha de pagamento.🔗 Ecossistema SAP HCMBoa interface com os submódulos:PA — Administração de Pessoal;PT — Gerenciamento de Tempos;BN — Benefícios.🏢 Vivência CorporativaExperiência em empresas de grande porte;Desejável experiência nos segmentos industrial, metalúrgico ou siderúrgico;Experiência com grandes volumes de processamento de folha;Vivência com múltiplas regras e convenções sindicais.📲 eSocialExperiência prática com a arquitetura do eSocial dentro do SAP;Conhecimento em tratamento de inconsistências;Experiência com mensageria e acompanhamento de eventos;Capacidade para análise e resolução de erros relacionados ao eSocial.
