Buscamos um(a) School Counselor (Orientador Educacional) para atuar em uma escola bilíngue de excelência.O(a) profissional será responsável por apoiar o desenvolvimento socioemocional e acadêmico dos estudantes, promovendo seu bem-estar, integração escolar e formação integral. Atuará em parceria com famílias, professores e lideranças pedagógicas, contribuindo para um ambiente acolhedor, seguro e propício à aprendizagem.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar o desenvolvimento acadêmico, socioemocional e comportamental dos estudantes.Auxiliar os alunos na definição de objetivos acadêmicos e no planejamento de sua trajetória escolar.Orientar quanto a métodos de estudo, organização da rotina e desenvolvimento de autonomia na aprendizagem.Monitorar o desempenho dos estudantes, identificando dificuldades e propondo estratégias de suporte em parceria com a equipe pedagógica.Proporcionar um ambiente acolhedor e seguro para escuta, orientação e acompanhamento dos alunos.Apoiar a mediação e resolução de conflitos interpessoais entre estudantes.Desenvolver ações e projetos voltados às competências socioemocionais e à convivência escolar.Identificar sinais de alerta relacionados ao bem-estar dos alunos e encaminhar situações que demandem acompanhamento especializado.Atuar em situações de crise, prestando suporte inicial aos estudantes e suas famílias, em alinhamento com a liderança escolar.Trabalhar em parceria com coordenadores, professores e demais profissionais da escola para promover o desenvolvimento integral dos estudantes.Estabelecer interface com famílias, fortalecendo a parceria entre escola e responsáveis.Articular, quando necessário, o relacionamento com profissionais externos e instituições de apoio.Apoiar estudantes nos processos de orientação acadêmica e escolhas relacionadas ao futuro educacional e profissional.Conduzir reuniões, atendimentos individuais e ações preventivas relacionadas ao bem-estar e à vida escolar dos alunos.Elaborar registros, acompanhamentos e planos de ação relacionados aos atendimentos realizados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Pedagogia, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação em Orientação Educacional, Psicopedagogia, Desenvolvimento Socioemocional ou áreas afins será considerada um diferencial.Conhecimento sobre desenvolvimento infantil e adolescente.Conhecimento de práticas de orientação educacional e apoio ao desenvolvimento socioemocional.Conhecimento sobre mediação de conflitos e convivência escolar.Familiaridade com estratégias de prevenção ao bullying e promoção do bem-estar estudantil.Conhecimento sobre processos de orientação acadêmica e profissional.Inglês intermediário ou avançado será considerado um diferencial para atuação em ambiente bilíngue.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Vale Transporte, Alimentação na escola, Vale Alimentação, Assistência Médica, Assistência Odontológica, Seguro de Vida, PLR, SESC, Descontos em farmácias, Programas de Bem-estar, Bolsa de Estudos para Graduação e Pós-graduação.
