Acompañar equipos de producto digital, Scrum Masters, Product Owners y líderes en la adopción y madurez de prácticas ágiles.

Facilitar ceremonias y espacios de trabajo bajo metodologías Scrum, Kanban y otros marcos ágiles.

Identificar y gestionar impedimentos que puedan afectar el desempeño y flujo de los equipos.

Promover la mejora continua y la entrega incremental de valor.

Acompañar la definición, implementación y seguimiento de OKR y métricas de desempeño.

Participar en procesos de Scrum escalado, articulando equipos y dependencias.

Facilitar workshops, sesiones de capacitación, retrospectivas y espacios de alineación.

Medir y acompañar la evolución de la madurez ágil de los equipos.

Promover prácticas de Lean, Agile y Product Management.

Impulsar comunidades de práctica y espacios de aprendizaje.

Acompañar procesos de transformación cultural y gestión del cambio.

Trabajar de manera articulada con áreas de negocio, tecnología, UX/UI, Data & Analytics y Arquitectura.Requisitos y calificacionesProfesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Administración, áreas relacionadas o carreras afines.

Deseable especialización o maestría relacionada con transformación digital, gestión de proyectos, innovación o áreas afines.

Deseable contar con certificaciones en metodologías ágiles. 5 años de experiencia profesional.

Experiencia comprobada como Scrum Master y/o Agile Coach.

Experiencia en acompañamiento y gestión de equipos de desarrollo de productos digitales, no únicamente proyectos de desarrollo de software.

Experiencia en implementación y evolución de metodologías ágiles.

Experiencia participando en procesos de Scrum escalado.

Experiencia en transformación ágil, gestión del cambio y mejora continua.

Experiencia trabajando con líderes, Product Owners, equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders.Conocimientos técnicos:Scrum
