Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos Scrum Master para integrar a equipe do nosso cliente que é a maior rede integrada de cuidados em saúde no Brasil, com foco no atendimento humanizado e referência em qualidade técnica.Como será o dia a dia:Facilitar cerimônias ágeis no nível de time (Retrospectiva, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Refining).Integração das melhores práticas e padrões de agilidade.Participação das reuniões de trabalho, incluindo eventuais reuniões com as áreas de negócio buscando imersão e conhecimento gradativo do segmento de atuação.Fomentar o senso de responsabilidade compartilhada nas equipes e stakeholders.Ser o responsável pela identificação e tratamento dos impedimentos da área e do time interagindo com os processos e pessoas pertinentes desde o início ao término da solução.Promover o mindset e práticas de melhoria contínua para as equipes ágeis.Coach do seu time referentes aos valores e princípios lean-agile.Colaborar com o Product Owner apoiando o planejamento de curto prazo e evolução da definição/priorização do Backlog de produto do time.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:Formação Superior em Administração, TI e área afins.Experiência, mínima, comprovada como Scrum Master de 3 anos.Vivência em projetos de TI.Experiência com diferentes modelos, métricas e cerimônias no nível de equipe ágil.Conhecimento em outros métodos e práticas ágeis além do Scrum (KANBAN, XP, etc.).Informações adicionaisRequisitos Desejáveis:Experiência anterior com as ferramentas: ServiceNow. Azure e Jira.Certificação PMI-ACP e/ou PMI DASM e/ou PMI DASSM e/ou Scrum Master.Certificação KANBAN.Certificação Management 3.0.Noções de metodologia Waterfall (complementar aos conhecimentos ágeis).Noções de gestão de portfólio.
