Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento, presencial, telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e demais canais digitais, aos interessados nos serviços educacionais da Instituição;Identificar necessidades, prestar orientações e conduzir atendimentos consultivos;Qualificar potenciais candidatos e acompanhar sua jornada até a efetivação da inscrição;Registrar e atualizar informações em sistemas institucionais e ferramentas de CRM, garantindo histórico de atendimentos e geração de inteligência comercial;Responder pela qualificação, apresentação e inscrição no Vestibular;Participar de ações de relacionamento, eventos e visitas externas em empresas, escolas e demais organizações parceiras;Contribuir para o alcance das metas de captação e relacionamento estabelecidas pela Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosPreferencialmente estar cursando Ensino Superior;Possuir experiência anterior em vendas/atendimento ao cliente;Possuir habilidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;Possuir conhecimento em atendimento consultivo complexo;Possuir capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;Possuir conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM (Customer Relationship Management);Possuir conhecimento do Google WorkspaceDisponibilidade para trabalhar 38 horas semanais nos turnos manhã e tarde, de segunda a sexta-feira.Experiência no segmento educacional será considerada um diferencial.Competências comportamentaisEscuta ativa: Gostar de ouvir histórias e entender as necessidades do outro antes de oferecer uma solução Organização: Disciplina para gerenciar um alto volume de contatos diários sem perder a qualidade. Comunicação: Capacidade de se expressar com clareza, empatia e poder de persuasão (tanto por voz quanto por texto) Resiliência e foco em metas: Lidar bem com "nãos" e ter energia para buscar o próximo "sim" Proatividade;Empatia e foco na experiência do cliente;Adaptabilidade e trabalho colaborativo.Informações adicionaisCargo: Assistente ICarga horária: 38 horas semanais - manhã e tarde, de segunda a sexta-feira.Remuneração: R$2.200,00 + ComissãoPlano odontológico próprio com subsídio institucional;Subsídio para o Plano de Saúde;Desconto em cursos da instituição: até 72% na graduação (funcionário e dependentes) e até 50% na pós-graduação/especialização (funcionário). Auxílio-creche;Vale-transporte;Intervalo para amamentação ampliado em relação ao previsto na CLT;Seguro de vida;Folga remunerada de 2 horas no período do pagamento do salário.;Licença-paternidade estendida, superior ao período previsto na CLT;Garantia de emprego no período que antecede a aposentadoria;Licença para casamento (gala) e luto com duração superior à prevista na CLT;Folga no Dia do Trabalhador do Ensino Privado;Abono de faltas para acompanhamento de filhos, cônjuge e pais em caso de doença, conforme normas institucionais;Licença remunerada nos dias 24 e 31 de dezembro;Incentivo à qualificação e ao desenvolvimento profissional;Plano de telefonia celular corporativa.
