A Nexus Consultoria busca profissional com experiência comercial para prestar serviços de SDR em uma operação jurídica especializada em Direito Bancário, em expansão. A atuação é voltada ao primeiro contato com potenciais clientes, à identificação de oportunidades e ao agendamento de reuniões qualificadas com o profissional responsável pelo fechamento.

Local de referência: Centro de Porto Alegre (POA).

Responsabilidades

Prestação de serviços para uma operação jurídica especializada e em expansão; Atuação comercial com autonomia na organização e execução das atividades contratadas; Ambiente profissional, colaborativo e orientado a resultados; Desenvolvimento de habilidades comerciais, de comunicação e de negociação; Possibilidade de ampliação da atuação e da remuneração conforme desempenho e evolução profissional; Remuneração fixa contratual de R$ 2.500,00, com potencial de ganhos superiores a R$ 3.500,00 mensais; Oportunidade de atuar diretamente em processos comerciais e estratégias de conversão de leads..

Principais atividades

Realizar atendimento e qualificação de potenciais clientes por WhatsApp, telefone, Instagram e Facebook; Efetuar retornos e acompanhamentos de contatos recebidos pelas redes sociais; Responder mensagens, comentários e solicitações de informações; Identificar necessidades, perfil e potencial de contratação dos leads; Conduzir conversas comerciais de forma consultiva, clara e persuasiva; Agendar reuniões qualificadas para o profissional responsável pelo fechamento; Organizar e encaminhar as informações relevantes sobre cada lead antes da reunião; Realizar follow-up e recuperação de oportunidades; Registrar e acompanhar os contatos no CRM; Atuar com indicadores e metas comerciais relacionados a atendimento, qualificação, agendamento e comparecimento às reuniões.

Condições da prestação de serviços

Contratação PJ, mediante emissão de nota fiscal e formalização por contrato empresarial. Remuneração fixa contratual de R$ 2.500,00 mensais. Possibilidade de remuneração variável superior a R$ 1.000,00 mensais, conforme critérios comerciais previamente definidos, com potencial de ganhos acima de R$ 3.500,00 mensais, de acordo com os resultados. A organização e a execução das atividades contratadas serão realizadas com autonomia, observados o escopo, as entregas, os indicadores e os objetivos acordados. A contratação não é pelo regime CLT e não contempla benefícios trabalhistas, como férias, 13º salário, FGTS, vale-transporte ou vale-refeição.

Experiência comprovada em SDR, pré-vendas, inside sales ou atendimento comercial. Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita. Familiaridade com CRM, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook e ferramentas digitais de atendimento. Capacidade de registrar contatos e acompanhar oportunidades e indicadores comerciais. Habilidade para qualificar leads, conduzir conversas iniciais, contornar objeções e agendar reuniões.

Competências comportamentais

Experiência comprovada em SDR, pré-vendas, inside sales ou atendimento comercial; Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita; Perfil proativo, persuasivo, organizado e orientado a resultados; Habilidade para contornar objeções e conduzir negociações iniciais; Familiaridade com WhatsApp Business, CRM, Instagram, Facebook e ferramentas digitais; Facilidade para atender e retornar contatos pelas redes sociais; Organização e autonomia para acompanhar oportunidades comerciais; Capacidade de identificar boas oportunidades e agendar reuniões qualificadas; Interesse em aprender, evoluir e ampliar sua atuação profissional.

Diferenciais

Experiência comercial no segmento jurídico. Conhecimento em Direito Bancário, especialmente em demandas de Busca e Apreensão, Ações Monitórias e Execuções Bancárias.
