A Clínica Médica está em busca de uma Secretária Comercial para atuar diretamente na jornada do paciente, sendo responsável pelo atendimento via WhatsApp, organização da agenda médica, acolhimento presencial e conversão de consultas e tratamentos. Procuramos uma profissional comunicativa, acolhedora e com perfil comercial, capaz de construir relacionamento com os pacientes e conduzir vendas consultivas de forma ética e personalizada.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar o agendamento consultivo de consultas, procedimentos e tecnologias, identificando as necessidades dos pacientes e direcionando-os para a melhor solução de acordo com os protocolos da clínica.

Atuar ativamente na construção de uma agenda produtiva, equilibrando consultas, retornos, procedimentos e tecnologias, conforme as diretrizes estratégicas da clínica.

Conduzir o atendimento com foco em relacionamento, experiência do paciente e conversão, utilizando técnicas de vendas consultivas e os scripts estabelecidos pela clínica.

Identificar pacientes com potencial para tratamentos de maior recorrência e investimento, realizando a qualificação adequada durante os contatos presenciais, telefônicos e digitais.

Gerenciar a agenda da médica de forma estratégica, evitando conflitos de horários, otimizando a capacidade de atendimento e garantindo uma ocupação inteligente da agenda.

Confirmar consultas, procedimentos e tecnologias, aplicando estratégias para redução de faltas, cancelamentos e horários ociosos.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência anterior como secretária em clínicas médicas ou consultórios. Vivência com atendimento ao paciente, gestão de agenda e rotinas administrativas. Facilidade para vendas consultivas e negociação. Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
