Estamos em busca de uma Secretária Comercial | Concierge para atuar em clínica localizada em Guarulhos, unindo atendimento comercial, rotinas administrativas e uma experiência acolhedora e personalizada para os pacientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber, organizar e acompanhar leads, realizando atendimento e venda ativa;Conduzir os leads pelo funil de vendas, realizando follow-ups e trabalhando a quebra de objeções;Apresentar informações sobre procedimentos, valores e condições;Trabalhar com metas e acompanhar os resultados comerciais;Realizar cadastro de pacientes, emissão de notas fiscais e demais rotinas administrativas;Organizar e administrar a agenda, incluindo agendamentos e confirmações;Utilizar plataformas e sistemas internos para organização dos processos e atendimentos;Recepcionar os pacientes com cordialidade, atenção e simpatia, proporcionando uma experiência acolhedora e personalizada;Oferecer água, café e demais cuidados de hospitalidade, estando atenta aos detalhes e às necessidades de cada paciente;Zelar pela organização do ambiente e pela qualidade da experiência do paciente durante sua permanência na clínica.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência anterior com vendas, atendimento comercial ou área comercial;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Facilidade para conversar, apresentar informações e conduzir negociações;Experiência ou facilidade com funil de vendas, follow-up e quebra de objeções;Facilidade para utilizar plataformas, sistemas e ferramentas digitais;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Proatividade e iniciativa;Perfil comercial, orientado para resultados e cumprimento de metas;Empatia e facilidade para lidar com diferentes perfis de pacientes;Boa postura profissional e apresentação pessoal.

Será um diferencial: experiência anterior em clínicas, consultórios, área da saúde ou clínicas de estética.

Informações adicionaisLocal: Guarulhos – SP

Salário: R$ 2.300,00

Benefícios: Vale-alimentação de R$ 330,00 + Vale-transporte via cartão Caju

Premiação: Comissão por vendas realizadas

Jornada: Segunda a sexta-feira / Seg das 12:00 às 19:30, Terç á Quin das 10:00 às 20:30 e Sext, das 10:00 às 20:00. Feriados e final de ano: Não trabalha

Observação: Vendas acima de 1.200,00 pode gerar uma comissão de até 50,00.
