Estamos em busca de uma Secretária Concierge para atuar em clínica médica, proporcionando aos pacientes uma experiência acolhedora, organizada e de excelência desde o primeiro contato.

Buscamos uma profissional comunicativa, simpática, organizada e com postura acolhedora, que tenha facilidade para lidar com pessoas e consiga atuar como facilitadora entre pacientes, médico e equipe da clínica.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar pacientes e visitantes de forma cordial, humanizada e profissional;Realizar agendamentos, confirmações e acompanhamento da jornada do paciente;Fornecer informações sobre serviços e tratamentos oferecidos pela clínica;Realizar o acompanhamento dos pacientes, contribuindo para uma experiência diferenciada e para sua fidelização;Apoiar na atualização cadastral e organização de documentos;Realizar recebimentos, emissão de recibos e suporte às rotinas financeiras;Monitorar o fluxo de pacientes e manter a recepção organizada;Atuar na comunicação entre pacientes, equipe médica e setores administrativos;Utilizar sistemas de atendimento, agenda, CRM e ferramentas administrativas;Identificar necessidades dos pacientes e atuar de forma proativa na resolução de demandas;Contribuir para a organização e o bom funcionamento da rotina da clínica.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental completo;Experiência prévia com atendimento ao público, recepção, vendas ou relacionamento com clientes;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Simpatia, cordialidade e facilidade para criar conexão com as pessoas;Perfil acolhedor, organizado e proativo;Boa apresentação pessoal e postura profissional;Facilidade para utilizar sistemas e ferramentas tecnológicas;Conhecimento em sistemas de agendamento, CRM e Pacote Office será considerado um diferencial;Atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de organização;Perfil facilitador, com iniciativa para identificar problemas e buscar soluções.

💰 Salário: R$ 4.000,00 + R$ 700,00 de auxílio para transporte e alimentação

🕐 Jornada: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 10h às 19h, com 1 hora de intervalo.

Em alguns dias, especialmente quando o Dr. não estiver na clínica, durante férias ou viagens, a jornada poderá ser das 8h às 17h.
