Nos dedicamos a compreender cada fase da infância e da adolescência e acompanhamos os estudantes de forma especial.Red Balloon - Inglês para voar alto!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o planejamento e organização da secretaria:Experiência prévia em organização de processosRecepção e atendimento a pais e alunos presencialmente;Suporte via App da escola e Whatsapp;Auxílio no processo de entrada e saída dos alunos da escola;Preenchimento de planilhas correspondentes a parte adm/financeira e comercial;Agendamento de reuniões;Atualização de documentação de alunos;Entrega de materiais didáticos;Apoio nas demais áreas;Cobranças;atendimento telefônico e atendimento pessoal;Experiência em vendas ( uso do CRM HUBSPOT.
