Responsabilidades e atribuições Organização e gestão da agenda dos sócios; Planejamento e coordenação de viagens nacionais e internacionais;Marcação de reuniões, compromissos pessoais e eventos;Planejamento, organização e execução de eventos corporativos;Gestão de inscrições, pagamentos e renovações das associações e entidades;Solicitação de ressarcimentos e programação de pagamento diversos;Assessoramento às Áreas de Práticas;Envio e controle de documentos;Diligências de cartórios para reconhecimento de firma;Apoio administrativo e organizacional para Copa, Financeiro, Marketing, Recursos Humanos e Tecnologia de Informação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior cursando ou completa em Secretariado Executivo, Administração ou áreas correlatas;É necessário ter o inglês intermediário ou avançado para atendimentos telefônicos;Experiência em atividades de secretariado executivo no segmento jurídico;Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial de 08h às 18h em Pinheiros - SP;Boa comunicação, discrição, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de organização.
