E ficaremos muito felizes se você vier fazer parte da nossa história.  Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê deverá realizar atendimento às demandas administrativas de pais, alunos, além de organizar a documentação da escola, alunos, junto aos órgãos competentes:Realizar atendimentos aos pais, alunos, relacionados a solicitação de documentações, dúvidas, etc;Organizar a entrada e saída dos alunos conforme o protocolo escolar e cuidados necessários a cada criança, garantindo a disponibilidade de todos os recursos necessários;Manter a recepção organizada, garantindo a eficiência de todos os serviços prestados neste local e mantendo a ordem entre seus ocupantes;Atender e/ou completa ligações telefônicas, bem como recepcionar visitantes, encaminhando-os às áreas solicitadas;Manter organizados os arquivos físicos e digitais de documentação dos alunos de forma a facilitar a recuperação e pesquisa, caso necessário;Manter atualizados os registros dos alunos junto à secretaria de educação, cumprindo todas as obrigações junto aos órgãos;Emitir declarações diversas para alunos, tais como: declaração de escolaridade, transferência, etc;Distribuir materiais didáticos para os alunos;Fornecer suporte para a gestão administrativa dos funcionários da unidade (compra de benefícios, entre outros);Fazer a impressão dos Big Books de cada turma quinzenalmente.Realizar outras atividades profissionais correlatas e inerentes ao cargo exercido, conforme orientação e/ou solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino médio completo.Diferencial: Curso de técnico em secretaria escolar ou formação em pedagogia será considerado diferencial.Experiência: Desejável 2 anos de experiência na Função ou funções similaresIdiomas: Conhecimento do Inglês será considerando um diferencialO que esperamos:Perfil acolhedorPensamento DigitalComunicação EficienteOrganizaçãoInformações adicionaisLocal/Campus: GoiâniaHorário/Jornada: 44h semanais
