Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar pequenas instalações e substituições elétricas em circuitos desenergizados, como luminárias e tomadas.Executar pequenos reparos hidráulicos em sistemas de água, como troca de tubos, válvulas, conexões e aparelhos sanitários.Realizar pequenos reparos em móveis, portas e estruturas de madeira.Apoiar serviços de manutenção predial, organização do local e movimentação de materiais.Manter a limpeza e organização das áreas de trabalho, ferramentas e equipamentos.Solicitar materiais, insumos e ferramentas necessários para a execução dos serviços.Comunicar irregularidades nas instalações e equipamentos, registrando ocorrências quando necessário.Cumprir as normas de segurança do trabalho, utilizando corretamente os EPIs.Executar outras atividades correlatas à função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental completo;Desejável CNH B e prática de Direção;Experiência em manutenção predial e execução de pequenos reparos;Conhecimentos básicos em instalações elétricas e hidráulicas;Habilidade para realizar reparos, ajustes e conservação de mobiliários;Capacidade para identificar necessidades de manutenção e executar intervenções simples nas instalações prediais;Conhecimento básico sobre ferramentas, materiais e equipamentos utilizados em manutenção;Compromisso com as normas de segurança e com o uso adequado de equipamentos de proteção;Disponibilidade para atender às demandas operacionais da unidade;Informações adicionais Reconhecida pelo selo GPTW (Great Place to Work) como uma das melhores empresas para se trabalhar no Espírito Santo, também oferecemos:  DETALHES DA VAGA: Salário: 1.875,45Contrato: Efetivo CLTCarga horária: 40 hrs semanaisBENEFÍCIOS: Ticket alimentação R$ 1.060,00 (Ifood; Plano de saúde Unimed (extensivo aos dependentes); Vale Transporte;  Seguro de vida; Total Pass e Wellhub (aplicativos de acesso a academias, estúdios e atividades físicas); Starbem (aplicativo de saúde com orientação médica, psicológica e outros serviços de bem-estar); Auxílio Creche R$ 344,29 (disponível para crianças de 4 meses a 2 anos e 11 meses); Auxílio filho com deficiência R$ 662,15; Desconto nos serviços Sesi/Senai (educação, cultura e lazer);Affetic Baby: cuidamos de quem cuida, oferecendo apoio às nossas pessoas colaboradoras desde a gestação até os primeiros meses do bebê;Programa de Participação nos Resultados (condicionado ao atingimento de metas); Cultura de avaliação de desempenho e feedback; Parceria com Instituições de Ensino (desconto na mensalidade); Plataforma de Educação Corporativa para capacitação continuada.
