Queremos conhecer você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeu Papel como Protagonista da Transformação:Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos funcionais junto à área de produto e validar com clientes.Atuar como referência funcional nas regras de negócio de consórcio Brasil e Latam.Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial disponibilizadas pela Topaz para apoiar a elaboração de especificações, documentação e validação funcional.Apoiar clientes durante implantações e homologações.Atuar na identificação, análise e resolução de incidentes funcionais.Trabalhar em conjunto com Product Owner, Desenvolvedores, QA e Gerente de Projetos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que Buscamos para Somar ao nosso #TopazTeam: Capacidade de explicar as regras das funcionalidades dos sistemas em que atua.Capacidade analítica e visão sistêmica.Experiência em processos de desenvolvimento de software.Capacidade de elaborar documentação usando I.A. Topaz e a manter atualizada, de forma clara, tanto para público interno como clientes.Participar do planejamento e refinamento das funcionalidades em conjunto com Product Owner e líderes técnicos. Treinar, apoiar, fornecer suporte e contribuir junto aos outros analistas da equipe.Possuir conhecimento da regulamentação do Banco Central aplicada ao consórcio brasileiro ou IGJ no mercado argentino.Disponibilidade para viagens eventuais no Brasil e na América Latina, conforme necessidade dos projetos.Seria um diferencial:Possuir experiência com Jira ou ferramentas similares.Possuir conhecimento em SQL para consultas.Possuir experiência com integrações via APIs.Proficiência em espanhol será considerada um diferencial significativo, em função da atuação da Topaz no mercado latino-americano.Informações adicionaisSua jornada na Topaz é nossa prioridade.
