En Stefanini somos más de 30.000 genios, conectados desde 41 países, haciendo lo que les apasiona y co-creando un futuro mejor.¡Seguro no te quieres quedar fuera!¿Por qué te elegiremos? ¡Porque los desafíos que asumirás reflejan tus ambiciones!Responsabilidades y atribuciones Objetivo del perfil: Diseñar, implementar, administrar y optimizar procesos, herramientas y plataformas que permitan automatizar el ciclo de vida de desarrollo y despliegue de aplicaciones, asegurando la estabilidad, disponibilidad, seguridad y escalabilidad de los entornos tecnológicos de la organización.Principales tareas:Diseñar, implementar y mantener pipelines de Integración Continua y Despliegue Continuo (CI/CD).Administrar y optimizar plataformas de contenedores y orquestación.Gestionar y mantener entornos de desarrollo, pruebas, preproducción y producción.Automatizar tareas operativas mediante scripts y herramientas de infraestructura como código.Monitorear aplicaciones e infraestructura, identificando oportunidades de mejora y mitigando riesgos operativos.Implementar controles y buenas prácticas de seguridad dentro de los procesos de desarrollo y despliegue.Gestionar configuraciones, versiones y procesos de liberación de software.Participar en la resolución de incidentes críticos y análisis de causa raíz.Colaborar con equipos de Desarrollo, Arquitectura, Seguridad y Operaciones para mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos.Promover la adopción de prácticas DevOps y cultura de automatización dentro de la organización.Colaborar en la revisión de código (code reviews) para aprender y mejorar la calidad del software.Competencias Técnicas requeridas:Experiencia en la implementación y administración de Pipelines de CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD o similares).Administración de repositorios y control de versiones utilizando Git.Conocimientos de contenedores sobre Docker y Podman, plataformas de orquestación Kubernetes (K8s).Experiencia en Infraestructura como Código (OpenStack, Kubernetes, Ubuntu/Canonical o similares).Conocimientos de plataformas Cloud (OpenStack).Experiencia en sistemas operativos Linux (Ubuntu/ Rocky Linux) y administración básica de servidores.Conocimientos de scripting y automatización (Bash, PowerShell, Python o similares).Conocimiento práctico de tecnologías de desarrollo como Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, APIs REST, HTML, CSS y JavaScript, con capacidad para diagnosticar problemas de construcción, despliegue e integración en pipelines CI/CD.Experiencia en herramientas de monitoreo y observabilidad requerido: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).Conocimientos de seguridad aplicada a infraestructura, pipelines y procesos DevSecOps.Conocimientos de redes, balanceadores de carga, DNS, certificados y protocolos de comunicación.Experiencia en gestión de incidentes, troubleshooting y análisis de rendimiento de aplicaciones e infraestructura.
