Responsabilidades e atribuições Elaborar planos de aula da disciplina sob sua responsabilidade, bem como atividades pedagógicas, conforme propostas, objetivos de aprendizagem e horários definidos pela Unidade, submetendo-os à apreciação da Coordenação Pedagógica, quando aplicável;Ministrar aulas de acordo com o Projeto Político-Pedagógico do Ensino Médio, cumprindo a carga horária, os conteúdos curriculares, competências e habilidades previstas para a etapa de ensino;Participar do planejamento pedagógico integrado, desempenhando atividades relacionadas ao planejamento de aulas, projetos interdisciplinares, avaliações periódicas ou ocasionais e demais ações pedagógicas pertinentes;Desenvolver práticas pedagógicas que favoreçam a construção do conhecimento, o pensamento crítico, a autonomia intelectual, o protagonismo juvenil e a participação ativa dos estudantes no processo de aprendizagem;Elaborar, aplicar e corrigir instrumentos de avaliação da aprendizagem, analisando os resultados acadêmicos para proposição de intervenções didático-pedagógicas adequadas às necessidades identificadas;Reavaliar práticas e estratégias pedagógicas a partir dos resultados obtidos, promovendo melhorias contínuas no processo de ensino e aprendizagem;Acompanhar continuamente o desempenho acadêmico, participação e desenvolvimento dos estudantes, estimulando sua permanência, engajamento e integração na vida escolar;Efetuar registros de frequência, conteúdos ministrados, planos de aula, avaliações, notas relativas ao desempenho acadêmico e demais documentos pedagógicos solicitados pela gestão escolar;Participar de reuniões pedagógicas, Conselho de Classe, reuniões com famílias, eventos escolares e demais atividades institucionais, conforme solicitação da gestão escolar.

Requisitos e qualificações Licenciatura completa em Matemática;Desejável experiência na área.
