O Supermercado está com oportunidades abertas para o Setor de Açougue, área responsável por garantir a qualidade, o preparo e o bom atendimento na comercialização de carnes e derivados.Buscamos profissionais comprometidos, responsáveis e com bom relacionamento interpessoal, que prezem pela excelência no atendimento ao cliente e pelo cuidado na manipulação dos produtos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAs vagas disponíveis abrangem as funções de Açougueiro e Atendente de Açougue, com as seguintes responsabilidades gerais:Principais responsabilidades:Realizar o corte, desossa, preparo e porcionamento de carnes bovinas, suínas, aves e demais produtos do setor;Atender os clientes de forma cordial e eficiente, prestando informações sobre os produtos, cortes e formas de preparo;Manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo, organizado e dentro dos padrões de higiene e segurança alimentar exigidos;Verificar constantemente a qualidade e a validade dos produtos expostos, assegurando a conservação adequada;Apoiar na reposição e exposição dos produtos nas vitrines e balcões refrigerados;Cumprir os procedimentos internos e as normas de segurança no manuseio de equipamentos e utensílios do setor.Requisitos e qualificações💼 Requisitos gerais:Ensino médio completo (nível superior será considerado diferencial para cargos administrativos);Organização, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento;Disponibilidade para atuar conforme a necessidade do setor.Experiência anterior na função de açougueiro ou atendente de açougue;Conhecimento básico sobre cortes e tipos de carne;Boa comunicação, agilidade e atenção no atendimento ao cliente;Comprometimento com a limpeza, a segurança e a qualidade dos produtos comercializados.
