O SJMR Brasil busca para o seu quadro um(a) Assistente de Campo para atuar no PTRIG de Boa Vista/RR.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar atendimento diário de pré-documentação no PTRIG BV;Prestar apoio ao ponto focal de Documentação em Boa Vista/RR na organização e acompanhamento do fluxo de atendimento de pré-documentação e documentação;Conduzir charlas e sessões informativas sobre regularização migratória;Preencher solicitações de reconhecimento da condição de refugiado na plataforma SISCONARE;Realizar o preenchimento do registro de reconhecimento como refugiado na plataforma SISMIGRA;Realizar a emissão de segunda via de documentos por meio da plataforma SISMIGRA;Registrar e atualizar informações nas plataformas PAS, ProGres e KOBO;Preencher e atualizar controles internos do SJMR e do parceiro financiador;Organizar e atualizar meios de verificação das atividades realizadas;Apoiar os processos de pré-documentação e documentação;Prestar suporte em atividades administrativas relacionadas ao setor de Documentação;Atuar em diálogo e cooperação com os diferentes atores que desenvolvem atividades no local;Participar de jornadas itinerantes de pré-documentação, em comunidades e municípios;Organizar, preparar e registrar as atividades informativas realizadas;Orientar e encaminhar os usuários aos setores, profissionais e órgãos competentes, sempre que a situação demandar atendimento técnico ou especializado;Executar outras atividades compatíveis com a função de Assistente de Campo, com a condição pessoal e profissional do(a) EMPREGADO(A) e com sua jornada normal de trabalho.

Requisitos e qualificações Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo cursando Relações internacionais, Secretariado Executivo, Tecnologia em Gestão Pública, Direito ou áreas afins (Nível superior mesmo em andamento, será considerado um diferencial).Conhecimento básico sobre migração e refúgio;Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe multidisciplinar em prol da garantia dos Direitos Humanos;Conhecimento do pacote Office;Boa redação;Flexibilidade, criatividade, assertividade e proatividade;Experiência com atendimento de migrantes e refugiados será um diferencial;Boa compreensão, escrita e fala em espanhol será um diferencial.

Informações adicionais Duração do contrato: outubro a dezembro de 2026.Contratação CLT: 44h semanais, de segunda a sexta-feira.Salário: R$2.362,07Benefícios: vale alimentação ou refeição.
