O que buscamos? Estamos em busca de um profissional para o cargo de Desenvolvedor BackEnd Senior, para integrar uma de nossas equipes alocado em um de nossos parceiros. Este profissional será responsável por desenvolver, manter e otimizar sistemas que suportam as operações, garantindo a eficiência e a segurança das soluções oferecidas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você irá fazer:Desenvolver e implementar funcionalidades em sistemas back-end utilizando Java, assegurando a qualidade e a escalabilidade do código;Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para entender requisitos de negócios e traduzir em soluções técnicas eficazes;Realizar a manutenção e a otimização de sistemas existentes, identificando e corrigindo falhas e gargalos de desempenho;Participar ativamente de revisões de código, promovendo boas práticas de desenvolvimento e garantindo a qualidade do software;Utilizar Git para versionamento de código, facilitando a colaboração e o controle de alterações no desenvolvimento dos projetos;Contribuir para a documentação técnica dos sistemas, assegurando que as informações estejam atualizadas e acessíveis para a equipe.

Requisitos e qualificações O que você precisa terExperiência sólida em desenvolvimento back-end com Java 17+ e Spring Boot;Experiência no desenvolvimento de APIs REST;Experiência com banco de dados SQL e MongoDB;Conhecimento em modelagem de domínio e implementação de regras de negócio;Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais e JPA/Hibernate;Experiência com testes automatizados (JUnit, Mockito ou similares);Domínio de Git e boas práticas de versionamento;Conhecimento de Clean Code, SOLID e tratamento de exceções;Vivência com metodologias ágeis.Experiências desejáveisExperiência com arquiteturas de microserviços;Integração com APIs e serviços externos;Conhecimento em observabilidade e logging;Familiaridade com práticas DevOps e CI/CD;Experiência em soluções financeiras, crédito ou cooperativismo;Conhecimento em performance e escalabilidade de aplicações.
