Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para profissionais que desejam crescer em um ambiente dinâmico e inovador.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidadesConduzir demonstrações técnicas de ponta a ponta das soluções Genesys Cloud, evidenciando casos de uso e impactos de negócio.Realizar assessment consultivo dos ambientes atuais dos clientes (AS-IS) e definir cenários evolutivos (TO-BE).Desenvolver propostas comerciais aderentes ao business case do cliente, incluindo licenciamento, sizing e modelagem de custos.Construir propostas técnicas completas, alinhadas às melhores práticas de arquitetura de Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).Apoiar equipes comerciais em reuniões estratégicas, roadmaps e sessões com prospects e clientes.Atuar como referência técnica no ciclo de pré-vendas, influenciando stakeholders e acelerando decisões.Mapear riscos, dependências e requisitos funcionais e não funcionais das oportunidades.Contribuir com a evolução contínua de materiais, playbooks, pitch decks e frameworks de demonstração.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosMindset consultivo, alta autonomia, disciplina operacional e orientação a resultados.Capacidade de navegar em ambientes dinâmicos, multistakeholder e orientados a metas.Comunicação executiva, postura estratégica e foco em geração de valor tangível.Inglês fluenteExperiência em soluções de Contact Center, CX ou CCaaS (preferencialmente Genesys Cloud).Perfil híbrido técnico/comercial, com habilidade para traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções de arquitetura.Disponibilidade para residir em São Paulo ou proximidades, assegurando presença em reuniões presenciais e visitas de apoio ao time comercial.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVale Refeição: R$748,00 mensal;Curso Espanhol e Inglês In Company;Incentivo a educação.Modalidade de trabalhoHíbrido
