Para assegurar nosso propósito, estamos em busca de profissionais que desejam contribuir para o bem-estar e a melhoria da qualidade de vida dos comerciários e da comunidade.Responsabilidades e atribuições Executar serviços abertos nas OSs;Efetuar serviços de pedreiro em obras de construção civil, incluindo alvenaria, preparação e revestimento em tetos, paredes, pilares, vigas e outras partes de edificações com material apropriado, reparos de pisos, aplicação de cerâmicas e revestimentosAssentar tijolos, executar de vergas, pilares, degraus de escada e outras partes da construção;Realizar serviços de instalações hidráulicas (água fria e quente), redes de esgoto (desentupimentos e pequenos reparos) em instalações hidráulicas conforme orientações recebidasEfetuar Serviços de marcenaria, incluindo montagem/desmontagens, reparos e acabamento em mobiliários nas estruturas da Unidade;Serviços de carpintaria em geral, incluindo montagem/desmontagem de fôrmas, divisórias navais, madeiramento de telhados;Executar serviços de serralheria, incluindo manutenção, usando solda elétrica e máquinas de corte em portas, janelas, grades, portões de aço;  e efetuar serviços de pintura em superfícies externas e internas nas estruturas e equipamentos da UnidadeAcompanhar os contratos como Fiscal ou Gestor, se indicado pela liderança, assegurando o cumprimento eficaz dos termos e condições contratuais, garantindo que ambas as partes, contratante e contratada, estejam aderentes às obrigações acordadas, além de garantir a conformidade com as regulamentações e políticas internas, inclusive no que se refere à transparência e prestação de contas.Disponibilidade para atuar de Terça-feira à Sábado, no horário de 8h:00 às 17h:00.

Requisitos e qualificações

Experiência ou conhecimentos (Prática comprovada) em serviços de alvenaria, hidráulica, marcenaria, carpintaria, serralheria e pintura.Será considerado um diferencial possui: Ensino Fundamental Completo
