Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNO QUE VOCÊ VAI TRABALHAR? 🤩Como Squad Leader de Dados, você terá um papel essencial, desenvolvendo nosso time e dando suporte estratégico para as demais áreas da VExpenses! 💻⌨️💙Sendo assim, na vaga de SQUAD LEADER DE DADOS, você será responsável por:Liderar tecnicamente e desenvolver a squad de dados;Ser a ponte entre a squad de dados e as demais áreas;Definir e priorizar o roadmap de dados;Garantir qualidade, governança e confiabilidade dos dados. 

Requisitos e qualificaçõesQUAIS SÃO OS REQUISITOS? ✔️Disponibilidade para atuar 40 horas semanais; Formação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia como líder técnico/tech lead de times de dados; Experiência gerenciando prioridades técnicas e se comunicando com stakeholders não técnicos;Sólida experiência em engenharia de dados; Vivência prática com ciência de dados/analytics; Domínio de SQL e Python avançados, com ferramentas de orquestração; Experiência com cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) e data warehouse/data lake (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake etc.); Boas práticas de governança e qualidade de dados (data quality, catalogação, LGPD).E OS DIFERENCIAIS? 💡Vivência com ferramentas de BI (Looker, Power BI, Metabase);Conhecimento em IA.
